               Fuel Ethanol is a non-food grade alcohol. It is used as a blend component in petrol. Malawi is among a few countries in the world producing and using Fuel Ethanol, currently with a standard blend of up to 20% alcohol in its petrol.

Food grade ethanol (ethyl alcohol) made from natural sugarcane alcohol.
It is also commonly referred to as “grain alcohol”. Food grade alcohol (ethanol / ethyl alcohol) is also for Cannabis oil Extraction, Botanical extractions, Medicinal Tinctures and Plant Oil Tinctures.

• Food grade ethanol : – 96.1 – 96.2% rectified ethanol (ethyl alcohol from natural sugarcane) – 99.9% absolute/anhydrous ethanol (ethyl alcohol from natural sugarcane)
• 95% ethanol-IPA formulation, synthetic ethanol-ipa formulation/denatured (Synthetic Ethanol)
• 70% SYNTHETIC ETHANOL/H2O
• 4% (ENA) RECTIFIED SUGARCANE ETHANOL / UNDENATURED (REBATE LICENSE REQUIRED)

Culinary Uses

Ethanol is used in the manufacture of drugs, plastics, lacquers, polishes, plasticizers, and cosmetics. Ethanol is used in medicine as a topical anti-infective, and as an antidote for ethylene glycol or methanol overdose.
